My team is very complicate, supposedly we are all in Opto team, but we are spilt into 2.
Me,Dina, Augustine handles our No 1 supplier, Lumileds ( High power LED)
Mat, Chee Wend & Bernard another supplier, Avago (Low & Mid powed LED)
So Marc is the BDM for AVAGO.
My boss takes care of the whole team
Serene, is our Asset Manager, who buys & stock up parts for all of us
Lilian, is the expeditor who gets delivery date & rush Lumileds for parts.

4 SEP a DAY off from Work

On the 4 Sep, my sis & I on leave.

In the morning, we went to AMK to do up our hair.

Yan went to rebonding, now she look more human.

As for me I went to color , highlight red. My fav color.

Afternoon, this is wat we did, went to take studio photo.

This is my 1st time la, can be quite tiring to keep posing.

But is kinda off fun.

After that, went to JB for dinner. We went to Terbrau City I think, not bad place to go. Butt is crazy over JB, now is one week sch holiday, he goes there almost everyday.

Ended the night with seafood dinner, at taman sentosa.

Yummy!!!!

Happy Birthday to my sister...



Another broke month again. I bought her Swarovski Necklace & a table plant shared by Wendy & I.

Today Wendy & I ordered a plant from far east florist, so this is gona be part of her birthday surprise. we got it sent to the office.



Oh well, she seldom or rarely or never read my blog or dun even have time to go online, so no worries tat she knows abt it.

Busy March & a very broke month

Really no time to update blog.



Main reason of my brokeness: Birthdays & Birthday Outings



1. Beginning of the month: Wendy & my granny birthday

2. Mid-March: Dad & Shinli 21st bday

3. End of March: Nobody birthday hopefully



For Wendy's birthday didn't join them cos was a Monday suppose to go for Tennis lesson but cos of rain so postpone, too late to join them



Granny Birthday: Celebrated at Vivo city Crsytal Jade, like to dine there cos convenient & food is yummy



Dad Birthday: Raffles, Prego - is time to revamp their menu. Dun ever go there, expensive & not worth it, service poor cos we not ang mo enough. Evenn soup spoon soup taste a million times better. Pasta is normal nothing fantastic. The salmon fish was horrible, hard & dry.

But 1 thing i like is the PIZZA, the crust of the Pizza & fillings are fantastic. Dun mind going there just for PIZZA, & nothing more.



Shinli Birthday: Wanted to eat 20 bbq chicken wing, but due to rain couldn't go esplanade open space. Ended up eating at Marina Sqaure Hot Pot then went bowling

My new hobby is Bowling.... although i suck at it

Weekend in Bangkok

I think I have a dream is to go Bangkok every weekend.

Take a plane on Friday Night, then Sun back to Singapore and Monday back to work

I should stop dreaming... Wake up

Anyway, I cannot do without Bangkok and cha-tu-chak and MBK and pratunam
They are the love of my life and I really love BKK... Going with the right people is really important...

I miss my Bkk gang very much. Times with Wendy & gang were really great... going with Wendy's Husband is fun cos we're busy looking for t-shirts, while my sis & wendy busy buying cardis and dressy tops. Sad to say next time we get to go together, i will not be going with him to find 100 baht t-shirts anymore, cos i am no longer a ntu student. the uniform is not t-shirts and jeans anymore. sigh

Next, bkk with cheese is very fun too, cos get to eat alot and is more fun to eat with people who likes to eat and can eat alot... order alot of food cannot finish nvm, cos there's also cheese the great out there to help. Just that if only u like shopping abit more, then will be hell lot crazier. cos can eat and shop til we drop. haha

During 2006, was the first time i stayed in thailand for a week n the very first time i did sight-seeing. can u believe it. Those times were really fun, away from my sister and her frens and my parents, going with people i never travelled with b4. There are a bunch of fun people and the guys everyday visit the same shop in MBK. So silly of them... but that is them. Hopefully, the same group of pp can travel together again.

I concluded that the frequency of going BKK is far more than me visitng Sentosa and going to Jurong point in a year, especially now tt i am no longer studying in NTU. i really do not wish to go back to that alien part of singapore. Makes me feel so out of the world.

Post CNY ENTRY

Is going to be one week after CNY...



Soon is gona be 2009 CNY....



Oh well, this year CNY I was in Korea, didn't had a great time there cos it was so boring, but at least away from Singapore and all those ba nian formalities...



When I was in Korea, we ski for almost a day. I was wounded with bruises and whole body aching like mad from the falls and carrying/pulling the ski equipment up the mini slope.

Random thoughts: My colleagues and I didn't win toto... so sad

Busy Saturday ... ... ... ...

I started my Saturday morning accompany my Grandma see doc.

Seriously, I dun really like her doc, cos each time I go, have to wait for like 10 years but see him only for 1 second.

Half my waiting time there is arguing with the nurses or complaining why does he take so long or how long more will he be done and how many more patient before my grandma's turn.

He is always held up for surgeries. He is about 50 plus, an experience Heart Doc. He is damn rich la, duh he is a doctor! Anyway, somehow he is very poliet and patience. And will apologise for the delay. Anyway, he is my mum's client so have some connections, or else he may not be so friendly. HeeHee!!!

When my dad had to go for an emergency bypass, a doctor recommended him, but my mum requested for another doc, who is less busy. HaHa!!!

After doc, went for Vegetarian lunch @ Lingzhi. I like the food there. The monkey mushroom is yummy, the brown rice there taste delicious and my fav eggplant.

After lunch went to Aloha Loyang - Marteen's 5 years old birthday party. He is my cousin's son.

I like his birthday cake.

After birthday celebration, went to have popeyes for dinner.

Monday. Marmalade Pantry with Cheese & his sister - $40.00



Tuesday. Raffles City: Sushi tei with Fiona, Uru & Cheese - $25.00

Wednesday. Junction 8: Pasta Mania with cheese followed by Sakae Sushi with my sis (3 of us) - $30.00

Thursday. Tampines Mall: Suyan bought me a Swaraovski cos it was on sale & was my lucky stone color of the year.

Friday. Marina Sqaure KTV with my colleagues, they are pro singer... Uru & I got to have more singing practice. $40.00

On top of all these, everyday I take cab from KOVAN MRT, except THUR from tampine mall. $25.00 on cab for the week.


SIGH!!!! feel so broke now. I am going home everyday from next week onwards...

Weekend after Wendy & Abs Wedding

Whole lot of things to do on Saturday...

And the night before on Friday I went to color my hair. HeeHee... Highlight it in RED, my fav color. And in line with Chinese New Year Mood...

Saturday Event:

1. Woke up very early in the morning to send my grandma & grandauntis to golden mile to take coach to MALAYSIA, so sad next few days nobody to disturb when I am home @ night.

2. Afternoon, had lunch with my TAN family @ Oriental Hotel, Melt the World Cafe, it is my 4th time having buffet there, I'm getting sick of that place. Oh well, I only have photos of my cousin's son. Totally forgot about family photo.

The big boy, Martin is turning 5 by end of jan. He is really big for his age...

Month of Jan 2008

For the past few weeks, I am never home early.

Finally, I get to blog at 8.30pm on a weekday. Had to come home early cos my grandma has been nagging at me for coming back later. I shall be a good grand-daughter. HeeHee.

Partially why I am home early, cos I have thousand and one things to do, but every night I am too tired to do anything. Now that Wendy's wedding is over, there's nothing to look forward until chinese new year celebrations, and CNY is not as exciting as preparing for Wendy's wedding.

On this sat there's Pyjamas party organised by Wendy & her husband at HollyWOODLANDS.
Can't wait for sat cos we will all get to see the wedding photos & how fat I am.

Anyway, tmr uru's fren from Hongkong will be here. So fun hor. I wonder will my USA colleagues ever come to Singapore.

My blog is rather boring but I will soon flood it with pictures. Hopefully...

Happie New year 2008

Once again is a brand new year. I have been too busy to update my blog. HaHa!!!
I should be more hard-working like Wendy, her blog is really better than xia-xue. I award her the queen of blogging.

Oh well, last night had a great time with my frens. We had BBQ at Tropica. Everybody was there expect poor cheese. He had fever. That really sucks. Shall treat u to new year buffet to make up for it :) HeeHee!

I must say that 2007 is an exciting year for me. Having toured so many places and get to know more people.

Hopefully 2008 I will update my blog frequently and have a fruitful year.
